Couture is a french term that means custom-made clothing.

At Maison Ferré, all pieces are made to order and made to size. Customers are able to alter clothing to their specific needs and can choose to change fabric and colors to their liking.

Once order confirmation, measurements of customers and specific changes are received, it will take up to 2months before your order arrives.

Within this 2months, fabrics will be ordered, templetes will be altered, and finally produced. 

For special request, order may take longer.

All orders will under go one fitting to make sure customer satisfaction before final product is delievered.

Unfortunately we do not offer returns as all pieces are custom-made. Unless pieces are damaged upon retrieval. 

Refund can be processed within 2 days of receiving order confirmation. Once fabrics are ordered, refund request will not be approved.
